The following are our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they pertain to every transaction and product available through our website, www.TopZone.co.uk. These terms and conditions define an 'agreement' between Us (Horizon International Trading Ltd trading as TopZone.co.uk) and You (the individual, group, or company purchasing through our website). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns and Refunds
If your goods are faulty, you may return the goods to us in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item/s for a refund.
If your goods carry a manufacturer's warranty, please follow the instructions contained in your documentation to obtain service from the manufacturer directly.
To advise us of your return and receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number, please fill out a returns form at:

You are required to pay for return postage on returns.
Please ensure that when returning goods to TopZone.co.uk you use a reliable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us.
Please also ensure that they are packed in the original packaging, with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier or Royal Mail.

Assuming the above conditions are met, we will credit your credit/debit card for the full amount of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days of your return.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a refund anytime between your order date until 7 days after receipt of your goods. This is the 'cooling off period'.
To cancel your order, please inform us in writing either a letter, e-mail, or fax (contract details below)
If your items have been shipped before you cancel your order, you are required to return the item/s and pay the outwards and return carriage cost.
If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, you may do so providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and complete with original packing.
We will need your cancellation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number.

Errors
As well as an e-mail notification breaking down the cost of your order, you will receive (either available to download from our website or delivered with your order) a customer invoice. If you believe there to be any mistakes please notify us immediately and we will correct this.
