Returning a faulty item
To return a faulty item:
Please carry out the following steps to help us help you better and try to process your return/replacement as efficiently as possible.
Please do not call the sales no for returns.
Step 1
Please ensure that the item is definitly faulty and its not another issue. The best way to to do this is by calling the manufacturer's helpline who will run through a few standard checks over the phone to ensure your phone is faulty. This number is usually found in the back of the manual.
If you cannot find it, please email us:
. We would advise that you take this step as if a phone is found not to be faulty by the manufacturer, they will send the item back and make there will be a charge for the inspection. Unless of course you are sure the item is faulty - in that case you do not need to do this step.
Step 2
Email us at
with a brief description of the fault. This email should contain the full name of the person who placed the original order along with the address. You will then recieve an email confirming receipt of your email.
Please allow 3 working days for our customer services to carry out the necessary paperwork and provide you with information on the return of the faulty item.
Step 3
After approximately 3 working days, you will receive details on how to return the item for replacement. Once you have returned the item, we will then endevour to have your replacement processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this stage as we are dependant on how quickly the manufacturers deal with your return.
We will certainly endevour to do this for you as quickly as possible but please allow 2 weeks before enquiring regarding your return. We will keep you updated via email and will inform you as soon as the return has been completed.
Useful Information
- Please note that if the order is older than 14 days, you will be responsible for the cost of postage back to us.
- We will pay for the cost of postage back to us within 14 days up to a maximum of £5. Please note that in some instances we may be able to arrange a collection. If this is possible, we will inform you during the returns precedure.
- There will be a charge £3.99 for the dispatch of your replacement item to you.
- The entire returns procedure normally only takes around 5-7 working days but on some instances (depending on the manufacturer) it can take up to 2 weeks, so please bear with us. We would advise that you don't email us more than once within the given period to allow us to spend more time dealing with your return.
- Please note that for some items such as audio conferencing and printers, there is only a repair/replacement guarantee.
