Order Tracking, Shipping Rates, Delivery Times ...
Order TrackingOnce you have placed an order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details and an order number. You can check the status of your order from your account section. You will need to login to your account to track your orders.
Delivery Tracking Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an e-mail providing delivery details. This e-mail will contain a delivery tracking number and a link to a website (Royal Mail or Parcelforce) where you may track the status of your delivery.

In general UK orders below £75.00 are delivered using Royal Mail, all others by Parcelforce.
Delivery Times
- Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery: 2-3 working days
- Parcelforce Courier: next working day
- Royal Mail International Signed for: 5-7 working days (within Europe)
Orders placed and paid for by 2pm on a working day are usually despatched on the same day. Orders placed and paid for after 2pm are usually despatched next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekdays between December 25 and January 1.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Deliveries by next day courier are delivered the next working day following dispatch - not the necessarily the next working day following your order.
Although 95% of our deliveries arrive within these times, please allow up to 14 days for your delivery to arrive before you contact us.
Important information regarding deliveries:
All deliveries must be signed for – it is important that you provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the delivery from 8:00am to 5:30pm. You may want to provide a work address.
If a no one is present to sign for a delivery:
- From Royal Mail the postman will leave a card with your tracking number and a phone number for you to call and either arrange for a re-delivery or collection from your local Post Office. Please visit www.royalmail.com for more information.
- From Parcelforce the driver will leave a card with delivery tracking number and a contact phone number. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, you are required to collect it from your local Parcelforce depot. If after 5 days you have not collected your parcel, Parcelforce will return the parcel to us. We will then credit your account, less a delivery and return charge of £17.99.
